The Brief and Process
This project involved the renovation of a 2 bedroom flat with a new kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, bespoke joinery works, window re glazing and total electrical re wire. An electrical safety certificate was also issued which ensured that all works were up to current standards. TBM Property worked closely with the client to ensure that their demands were met.

This project involved a full flat refurbishment in a listed area of central Edinburgh. We installed a brand new bathroom and kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. New carpets and vinyl flooring. New internal doors and ironmongery and painted and decorated throughout the property.
